How does minute counting work?
You’re billed for the AI talk time on each call, rounded up to the nearest minute. Calls that Norin transfers to you or another number only count the AI portion — the live human conversation is free.
What happens if I go over my included minutes?
You’re charged the overage rate per additional minute ($0.35/min on Core, $0.30/min on Pro and Max). No hard cap — Norin keeps working. You can upgrade plans at any time.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade from the Billing page in your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do I need technical setup?
No. Tell us about your business and we configure Norin for you. Most customers are live within 24–48 hours.
Does Norin work with my existing phone number?
Yes. You can port your existing business number or get a new local number from us. Call forwarding from your current system also works.
